Do you provide financial advisory or fund management service?

No, we are not a broker and do not provide advisory, fund management, dealings or any other forms of financial services. FELICITY BOT is a fully automated, robot trading technology offered as a robot trading solution via SaaS.

Do I have to deposit funds into EvidenceBasedForex?

EvidenceBasedForex does NOT provide money depository services nor brokerage services. The funds will be kept at your preferred brokers under your account.

Which brokers are compatible with FELICITY BOT?

FELICITY requires a broker which provides a min leverage of 1:100 and allows hedging. It is not NFA/FIFO Compliant. Please do not trade with an USA Broker. We uses AXITRADER as our main broker and we highly recommend AXITRADER so that you get the same trading conditions as us.

Do I need a VPS to run the FELICITY BOT?

No, you do not require VPS. A virtual private server is incorporated into our offering so you do not have to solve this problem. However there might be potential copying errors due to latency and/or high market volatility which is out of our control. No compensation is offered for lost opportunities and/or lost profits.

Is there any hidden cost besides the subscription fee?

No. We only charge fixed subscription fees. This fee does not increase with your profits generated not based on account size. This fee helps to pay for the set up and infrastructure cost to provide the trade signals and autotrading.

What is the recommended account size to start with?

You can start with a minimum of 1k to test out the system, but $10,000 USD is recommended
